If you want to access UTF-X source code you can either browse the subversion repository in a browser or checkout the code using a subversion client. The repository URL is http://utf-x.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/utf-x and the trunk of the code base is in a directory utf-x-framework/trunk.
